The SGR works with an Investment Committee, which ensures knowledgeable and independent guidance. This committee is, in fact, comprised exclusively of experts who comply with the requirements for independent directors outlined in the Corporate Governance Code prepared by the Italian Stock Exchange’s Corporate Governance Committee for Listed Companies.
